This year the ASRT Annual Governance and House of Delegates met at the Sheraton Uptown Hotel in Albuquerque, NM June 25-27, 2010. Sharon Miller, President of the PSRT; Lorie Zelna, Chair of the Board of the PSRT, as well as Larry Maxwell CT Chapter delegate represented Pennsylvania. The meeting this year was very productive as usual.
The bylaws were amended and approved to add Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA) Chapter delegates to be seated beginning with the 2011 House of Delegates. We were all in support of this and congratulate all of the RRAs’ on a job well done. Donna Thaler Long, M.S.M., R.T., (R)(M)(QM) FASRT was re-elected Speaker of the House of Delegates and Sandra Hayden, B.S., R.T.(T) was re-elected Vice Speaker of the House.
